ROSKELLEY FATHER AND SON DUO REACH ADVANCED BASE CAMP AT 21,000 FEET AFTER SUMMIT SUCCESS

SEATTLE: In a voicemail message via Iridium satellite telephone, John Roskelley reported earlier today that he and his son Jess (20), now the youngest American to climb Everest, have reached their Advanced Base Camp at 21,000 feet and will return to main Base Camp in the Rongbuk Valley on Friday (which will be overnight on Thursday, May 22 PDT). The pair should then be able to respond to the many requests that have been made to speak to them about their successful summit climb on May 21.

A transcription of the voicemail message is available on their website www.generationsoneverest.com in both written and audio form.
